We believe mentoring changes lives. But it’s often too complicated to create and manage programs, leaving many without the support they need. That’s why GOJII exists—to make mentoring programs easy to run, so more people get the support they deserve.

Our founder, Jo, from rural Queensland, knows this struggle firsthand. After experiencing how ineffective mentoring can hold people back, she set out to remove those barriers and build a better way.
