On average our program managers spend 8 hours over the 12months supporting the program as GOJII takes care of the rest. This is a 0.5 FTE saving.

It is expected that mentees and mentors connect at least monthly and we recommend program run for 8months. This is a time commitment of 8hours.

1.Execute the contract.
2. One hour Mentoring Discovery and Design Workshop.
GOJII will facilitate this workshop with your key stakeholders to plan the mentoring program end-to-end.
In this workshop we’ll cover things like scope, objectives, roles and responsibilities, program length, eligibility and matching requirements, success measures and implementation timeline.
The goal is at the end of this workshop, both you and GOJII feel confident that you’ve got everything you need for a successful launch.
3. Customisation.
GOJII will then customise the mentoring platform as per your branding requirements.
4. Launch your comms.
Utilise our communications plan and marketing materials to launch the program and encourage your users to sign up as a mentee or mentor. GOJII will facilitate a Promo webinar (30 minutes) to help build awareness and create excitement.
5. Matching.
You’ll be presented with a list of recommended matches for your approval, based on our AI-based algorithm.
6. Engage, sustain and measure success.
GOJII takes care of everything else including the delivery of bite-sized learning items, sending smart nudges to participants to maintain program engagement, and measuring success.
You can let the program do its thing or jump into the admin portal whenever you want to analyse and take action.
The GOJII team will share infographics at each milestone for you to see the success of the program and to share with your stakeholders.

We recommend 4 weeks from when we sign the contract to when we launch the expressions of interest sign up form for the mentoring program.
You will be assigned an implementation manager who will support you to launch the program.

GOJII will support you throughout the program duration. You can expect:
GOJII will respond to all user enquiries within 48 hours
GOJII will assign you an implementation manager who will meet with you during implementation
GOJII’s team will then send you milestone reports, infographics and success stories to track the program outcomes and ensure users are making the most of the mentoring opportunity
GOJII’s team will also conduct an end of program review

In addition to the up front kick off session, we provide monthly individual ask anything session and mentors forums for mentors to learn from their peers and the more experienced mentors.
We also have the learning items available to guide new mentors through how to make session valuable, after just sharing their story.

Most mentee don’t understand what mentoring actually is and mentors don’t see it as a development opportunity.
Make this clear up front and the providing them with activities that they can do together to make tangible progress is the key. It can’t just be match and good bye and good luck.
